Mushrooms

For the past year, I have been experimenting with shaping mycelium and learning how to encourage growth in various shapes, forms and ultimately shaping mushrooms around objects like seashells.

Here are a few pictures on how I grew mushrooms around objects. This particular formation took 10 days to form the oyster mushroom and then another 7 days of shaping and encouraging growth around the sea shell.
